Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to create personalized therapy plans based on each client's unique psychological and emotional needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, couple's counseling, and workshops to enrich clients' interpersonal skills and community engagement.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Regularly collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive client care and support.

• Engage in continual professional development and partake in training sessions to stay abreast of advancements in mental health practices and regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients include individuals and families facing a broad spectrum of mental health issues, often with limited access to care. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.

Compensation and Benefits\n
