Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Professional Counselor will engage in a variety of clinical tasks aimed at improving the mental health outcomes of our clients. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand client needs and behavioral issues, tailoring treatment plans accordingly.

• Providing individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate client progress.

• Documenting client interactions and progress meticulously while adhering to ethical and legal standards of confidentiality.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must fulfill the following educational and professional requirements:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Active licensure in Tennessee as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or a Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD).

• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHRs) and familiarity with Google Suite to efficiently manage client documentation.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of connecting with clients empathetically and effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

While candidates with a minimum of two years of experience in a similar counseling role will be prioritized, additional experience in telehealth settings, familiarity with various therapeutic techniques, and those who have worked with family systems or group dynamics will be viewed favorably.
