Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, utilizing our telehealth capabilities to deliver quality care to clients across Nashville, Tennessee, and beyond. Our work culture is designed to promote work-life balance, offering full-time and part-time positions with flexible scheduling. The full-time schedule consists of Monday to Friday with eight-hour workdays, while part-time positions can be structured based on clinic needs and your personal availability. Importantly, there are no weekend obligations.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and therapeutic evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans for clients.

• Provide evidence-based therapy techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and engage in family counseling to address a variety of mental health issues.
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation while complying with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for every client.

• Participate in ongoing training and workshops to enhance your skills and stay informed on mental health research advancements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our diverse client population ranges from children and adolescents to adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. You will engage in therapeutic relationships with clients from various backgrounds, ensuring a personalized approach to their unique situations and needs, facilitating meaningful therapeutic progress.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active, unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience is required, demonstrating your ability to provide effective therapy.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical practices in mental health is essential.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of establishing rapport with a diverse clientele.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team, contributing to cohesive client care.

• Proficiency in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software and teletherapy platforms is preferred.

Preferred Experience\n

Specializations in family therapy, couples therapy, substance abuse, or trauma-informed care are highly desirable. Candidates who possess experience working with children or high-risk populations will be viewed favorably. Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with an attractive sign-on bonus.
