Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions using modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), among others.

• Establish therapeutic relationships with clients, utilizing active listening techniques and empathetic communication to foster trust and rapport.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team that may include psychiatrists, social workers, and psychologists to ensure coordinated care for clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000–100,000 annually, commensurate with your caseload and experience.
