Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients using secure video chat technology, fostering a safe space for dialogue and healing.

• Encourage clients to explore their emotions, experiences, and challenges, guiding them towards self-discovery and personal growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adult clients who are seeking support for a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management. All clients are pre-screened to ensure they are stable adults with low acuity needs, providing a conducive environment for therapeutic engagement. This focus allows you to utilize your expertise effectively and contribute to meaningful client transformations.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Licensing: Candidates must possess a valid independent LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) license. Notably, we cannot accept candidates with limited or provisional licenses or those with any disciplinary actions on their records.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective client interaction.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature are critical for establishing rapport with clients.

• Proficiency in using technology is a must, as you will be utilizing digital platforms for client interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• A competitive annual salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 , commensurate with experience and hours worked.
