Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Fusion Wellness Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing a diverse caseload, building rapport with clients, and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conducting regular progress meetings with clients to assess stability, discuss therapy goals, and plan for appropriate discharge when necessary.

• Creating, implementing, and monitoring individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Maintaining meticulous documentation and progress notes for all client interactions, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Performing comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate client history and current mental health status.
\n
• Facilitating individual therapy sessions to address various mental health challenges and promote growth.

• Participating in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and professional development.

• Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on providing mental health services to a broad range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various challenges. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field.

• A current, unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license.

Fusion Wellness Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, with opportunities to earn through a fee-for-service model. Benefits include:
