This role is primarily remote, utilizing telehealth technology to connect with clients in a convenient and accessible manner. Our operational hours extend from 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week, offering flexibility in scheduling to accommodate both counselors and clients. Our supportive team is equipped to assist with client scheduling and provide customer service, allowing counselors to focus on delivering exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at our center, you will:

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to identify patient histories and effective treatment plans.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that emphasize trauma recovery and resilience-building strategies.

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions to assist clients in processing trauma, developing effective coping mechanisms, and promoting emotional healing.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive patient care.

• Respond to crises by providing timely support and intervention during trauma-related emergencies.
\n
• Educate clients and their families about trauma-informed responses and coping strategies, while identifying available resources.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the highest level of care.

• Engage in ongoing case consultations and team meetings, contributing to a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

Compensation and Benefits\n
