Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a caseload of clients, establishing and nurturing therapeutic relationships based on trust, respect, and ethical standards.

• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to evaluate their progress, discuss stability, manage upcoming appointments, and facilitate timely discharge when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and maintain individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.

• Document all client interactions meticulously, ensuring progress notes and treatment updates are current and meet compliance standards.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to understand clients' history, concerns, and treatment expectations.
\n
• Provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions, focusing on practical strategies and support to facilitate clients' mental health journeys.

• Engage in regular individual supervision sessions to reflect on clinical practices, receive feedback, and enhance professional growth.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, to create a holistic approach to client care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Active, unrestricted LPC license, allowing for independent clinical practice.

• Minimum of one year of experience in a clinical outpatient setting following graduation.

• Proficiency with technology, including experience using Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and Pimsy for documentation and client management.

• Demonstrated experience in conducting psychotherapy services for individuals and families, with a focus on active listening and empathy.

• Comfort and competence in performing intake assessments, gathering comprehensive client information effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous telehealth counseling experience, specifically in delivering services remotely.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary within the range of USD 75,000 to 80,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Our compensation structure is fee-for-service, allowing you to earn additional bonuses and guarantee payment ahead of collections.
