Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will primarily work with adult clients facing a range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Understanding the unique cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds of our diverse clientele is crucial for employing effective therapeutic techniques. You'll engage clients through a strengths-based approach, fostering empowerment and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, active licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD in the state of Tennessee.

• Proficiency with technology, including strong computer skills and experience using Google Suite and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills that are essential for building rapport with clients remotely.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of post-graduate counseling experience providing therapy in a clinical setting.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and delivering virtual counseling services is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
