Insight Therapy is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. This remote position enables you to deliver high-quality mental health care through a combination of telehealth services and face-to-face sessions, primarily designed to help individuals cope with and heal from trauma.

Work Environment\n

You will be working in a supportive remote environment, facilitating both telehealth and in-person consultations right in the vibrant city of Nashville, Tennessee. Insight Therapy operates with a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of our clients, being available from 7 am to 10 pm, seven days a week. This framework allows for a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand patients' backgrounds and tailor effective treatment plans.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are focused on trauma recovery and resilience-building strategies.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including, but not limited to, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions designed to help patients process their trauma and develop effective coping mechanisms.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated care, ensuring comprehensive treatment for all clients.
\n
• Offer crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies.
\n
• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, coping techniques, and resources for ongoing support.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development sessions focused on best practices in trauma-informed care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee is also required.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, promoting a compassionate and non-judgmental therapeutic environment.

• The ability to stay calm and composed in high-stress situations is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
