Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC at Access Healing Therapy, you will serve a diverse population, including children, adolescents, and adults, facing a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and behavioral problems. It is essential to approach each client with sensitivity and understanding, employing culturally competent strategies to create a supportive therapeutic environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Active and unrestricted state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Proficiency in computer applications, including Google Suite and EHR systems, essential for client management and documentation.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, families, and team members.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing teletherapy or virtual counseling is highly desirable, given the remote nature of this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from $100,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
