Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand each patient’s unique needs and develop tailored counseling strategies.

• Regularly communicate with supervisors, colleagues, and relevant family members about client progress and treatment plans.

• Manage scheduling efficiently to ensure continuity of care through follow-ups, home visits, and observational meetings as necessary.

• Facilitate and coordinate home visits and direct observations to ensure a holistic understanding of each client's circumstances.

• Ensure that treatment programs are implemented effectively, adhering to professional standards and best practices.

• Participate actively in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings to align treatment objectives with integrated care teams.

• Document client progress through monthly and quarterly notes, maintaining accurate and comprehensive records.

• Conduct training sessions to ensure staff members are well-equipped in program therapies and documentation processes.

• Serve as a key liaison among various stakeholders, enhancing community relationships within the mental health framework.

• Identify areas for enhancement and propose new procedures to optimize our counseling programs for efficacy and quality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) at our center, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals facing challenges in mental health due to trauma, family issues, and substance misuse. Your role will be crucial in supporting both adults and youths as they navigate their journeys toward improved well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Tennessee.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse, or trauma therapy is highly preferred.
