This position is fully remote, offering you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while still being an integral part of our multidisciplinary team. Our clinicians work Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a healthy work-life balance while delivering meaningful support to our clients. The clinic utilizes advanced telehealth platforms to facilitate virtual counseling sessions, ensuring seamless communication and connection with clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs through virtual meetings, ensuring accurate diagnosis and effective treatment planning.

• Create and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Deliver engaging individual and group therapy sessions to pre-screened, low-acuity clients, fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship that enhances client outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress and treatment plans, in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational guidelines.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to provide comprehensive care and support to clients.

• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to continue your professional development and contribute to the clinic's overall goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve low-acuity adult clients who are navigating various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Your ability to connect empathetically with clients who may have limited access to mental health resources is instrumental in promoting their well-being and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
\n
• An active state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Demonstrable proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and online communication platforms; familiarity with Google Suite is a plus.

• Outstanding communication skills, with a focus on both written and verbal interactions, ensuring effective therapy and collaboration.

Compensation and Benefits\n
