This full-time position allows you to deliver crucial mental health services through a remote telehealth model, ensuring that clients receive support in the comfort of their own environments. • Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients' trauma history and craft appropriate treatment strategies.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that concentrate on trauma recovery and resilience enhancement.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) within sessions.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at aiding clients in processing trauma, building coping strategies, and fostering overall healing.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive client care.

• Respond to trauma-related emergencies by providing immediate crisis intervention and support.
\n
• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available resources to empower their recovery process.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation in adherence with legal standards and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in case consultations and professional development activities focused on trauma-informed treatment approaches.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with our organization, you will work primarily with individuals and families who have experienced trauma. This role is essential in addressing the complex emotional and psychological needs of our clients, enabling them to navigate their healing journeys. Your expertise will directly contribute to improving clients' mental health outcomes, fostering resilience and coping capabilities.

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of a current and valid LPC licensure in the state of Tennessee.

• Demonstrated knowledge of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment methodologies.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiarity with various computer applications.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, characterized by a compassionate and non-judgmental demeanor.

• Minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is preferred, particularly in trauma-informed care.

• Experience in delivering trauma-focused therapies and interventions that have proven effective for clients.

In addition to a competitive salary, our compensation package includes guaranteed pay with annual increases and bonus opportunities. We offer paid orientation, monthly professional development sessions, and generous paid time off (PTO). Our work schedule provides flexibility, with operational hours from 7 am to 10 pm, seven days a week. Additionally, we do not require on-call duties and provide No Show Protection.
