As a remote mental health counselor in our clinic, you will collaborate with a supportive and experienced team of mental health professionals. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, utilizing standardized assessment tools and personal interviewing techniques to inform treatment decisions.

• Create and implement tailored treatment plans that are reflective of clients' individual goals and challenges, adapting interventions and strategies based on their progress.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to foster client engagement and progress.

• Work in close collaboration with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure that all aspects of client care are integrated and holistic.

• Provide support and education to clients' families, empowering them to participate effectively in the recovery process and enhancing understanding of the client’s mental health needs.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements, ensuring accuracy and compliance at all times.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
