Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver tailored mindfulness-based interventions, including guided meditations and MBSR methodologies, to help clients achieve relaxation and enhanced inner peace.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients' unique stressors, needs, and therapeutic goals, customizing mindfulness practices to fit each scenario.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions that incorporate mindfulness techniques, meditation, and breathing exercises, addressing clients' specific mental health concerns.

• Lead group workshops focusing on mindfulness practices, stress management, and resilience-building exercises that promote community and collective growth.

• Maintain detailed documentation regarding client progress, treatment plans, and mindfulness interventions, ensuring compliance with telehealth regulations and best practices.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams of healthcare providers to create comprehensive treatment plans that integrate mindfulness practices within broader therapeutic frameworks.

• Engage in continuous personal mindfulness practice to enhance your expertise and inform your therapeutic approach, while also participating in ongoing professional development initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on adult clients experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders. Given the emphasis on telehealth, you will have the privilege of reaching individuals who may not have access to in-person care, thereby expanding our impact to a more diverse range of clients seeking mental health support.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Tennessee is required.

• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and a strong ability to foster a safe and supportive therapeutic environment for clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
