Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the needs of children and families in our care.
\n
• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), tailoring solutions that address each child's unique developmental milestones.
\n
• Monitor outcomes, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure that intervention strategies effectively support the child's development.
\n
• Provide consistent support and guidance to families, equipping them with information and skills to foster their child's growth.
\n
• Adhere to all applicable Federal and State regulations while promoting best practices in service delivery.
\n
• Foster rapport with children and families, creating a nurturing environment that encourages open dialogue and collaboration.
\n
• Implement strategies utilizing evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment Practices to optimize learning opportunities for children.
\n
• Utilize a coaching model and natural environment teaching strategies to enrich the learning experience for children and support their families effectively.
\n
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards to guarantee a safe environment for all staff and individuals served.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on working with infants and toddlers experiencing delays or disabilities, specifically supporting their development during the crucial early years. You will engage with families who may face various socio-economic challenges, helping them navigate available services and enhancing their child's communication, cognitive, and social-emotional skills.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
\n
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) issued by the Department of Public Health.
\n
• Valid driver's license to facilitate travel for in-person visits when necessary.
\n
• Demonstrated competence in adapting interventions to align with individual learning styles and treatment plans.
\n
• Minimum of one year of experience in working with children in early intervention settings.
\n
• Commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices, ensuring that services are delivered in a way that supports natural development.
\n
• Bilingual skills are encouraged to enhance communication with diverse families.
\n
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to manage caseloads and documentation effectively.
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to foster collaboration with families and team members.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
