Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short therapy, to deliver personalized care.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions as well as group and family therapy, promoting a constructive atmosphere for healing.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and achieve the best therapeutic outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Must hold active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Tennessee.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Ser Mejor Counseling Services offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a SIGN-ON BONUS to new hires as an incentive for joining our team.
