Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients’ histories and formulate tailored treatment approaches.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting trauma recovery, utilizing evidence-based interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions, facilitating a safe space for patients to process trauma and develop effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated and holistic care for each patient.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, effectively managing acute situations to stabilize patients.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
