Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health and emotional well-being, identifying individual needs and developing personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring engagement and therapeutic rapport.

• Maintain open lines of communication with families and other healthcare professionals to coordinate and enhance treatment options and resources.

• Document client progress meticulously and confidentially within EHRs, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.

• Provide ongoing training and feedback to other team members on therapeutic practices, maintaining a culture of continuous improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, comprising individuals from various backgrounds facing challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. By engaging with clients through a person-centered approach, you will play a vital role in supporting their journey toward mental wellness. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• A valid and active state licensure as an LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), or PsyD (Doctor of Psychology) is mandatory.

• Proficient in digital tools, particularly Google Suite and electronic health record systems, ensuring effective service delivery and record-keeping.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to articulate client needs and treatment goals clearly.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a clinical counseling role is preferred, with exposure to telehealth practices highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits\n
