Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive virtual therapy sessions for a diverse clientele, primarily focusing on pre-screened, low-acuity clients needing mental health support.

• Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual client needs and preferences.

• Monitor client progress through regular assessments, and maintain thorough documentation of therapy sessions in electronic health records (EHR).

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within a multidisciplinary team to optimize treatment outcomes and ensure comprehensive care.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and enhance the overall quality of care provided at the clinic.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Active licensure in the state of Tennessee as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or PsyD.

• Proficiency in utilizing technology and strong computer skills, particularly experience with Google Suite and electronic health record systems.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to establish rapport with clients in a virtual setting.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, additional experience in providing telehealth services or familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities will be considered an advantage. Candidates who have an understanding of the local community's needs will be especially valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The starting salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
