Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused techniques.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records while ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create comprehensive care solutions for clients.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops to stay updated with the latest mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, treating a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your primary focus will be on clients who often struggle to access care, ensuring they receive the support they need to lead healthier, more fulfilled lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted LPC licensure in the state of Tennessee.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally in a clinical or outpatient setting.

• Strong knowledge of legal and ethical standards relevant to mental health practice.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with an ability to establish rapport with a wide range of clients.

• Proven teamwork capabilities, contributing positively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.

• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and other relevant technologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 90,000 annually, tailored to your experience and caseload.
