Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored to the unique needs and backgrounds of clients, conducting thorough psychological evaluations and assessments.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other approaches conducive to client healing and improvement.

• Deliver engaging group, family, and couples therapy sessions, focusing on building rapport and fostering a sense of community among participants.

• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care, contributing insights and professional assessments to enhance client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, adhering to all legal and ethical standards in practice to ensure compliance and confidentiality.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including workshops and training sessions, to remain informed of the latest research and effective practices in mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Connecticut is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between $70,000 and $110,000 annually, with additional bonuses based on performance. Our compensation package also includes a sign-on bonus to welcome new team members effectively.
