Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health challenges and to develop tailored, effective treatment plans.

• Provide individual and group therapy utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques aimed at promoting personal growth and emotional health.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions to accommodate clients who may face logistical challenges in accessing traditional in-person therapy.

• Set collaborative therapeutic goals with clients and consistently monitor and document their progress toward those goals.

• Engage in regular professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on the latest mental health trends and interventions.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation in adherence to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with Coping Skills Counseling Service, you’ll work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals confronting anxiety, depression, trauma, and various relational issues. Specific focus areas may include therapy for couples, children, and families. We particularly encourage clinicians who possess experience working with clients from minority backgrounds, including people of color and the LGBTQIA community, to apply.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
