Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' mental health challenges and goals.

• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management in an empathetic and effective manner.

• Lead couples and family therapy sessions to navigate relationship dynamics, fostering communication and resolving conflicts.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including specific objectives and interventions tailored to each client's needs.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support when clients experience acute mental health challenges.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, coping strategies, and available community resources.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records encompassing assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, in strict adherence to legal and ethical standards.

• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and legal requirements governing counseling practices, prioritizing client confidentiality and informed consent.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in good standing.

• Demonstrated clinical experience and competence in providing individual, couples, and group counseling services.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect with clients effectively.
