Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, risks, and treatment goals.

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions that address a variety of mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related issues.

• Deliver couples and family therapy sessions aimed at improving relationship dynamics, fostering effective communication, and resolving conflicts.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based methodologies and set measurable objectives for client progress.

• Provide crisis intervention support, offering immediate assistance to clients dealing with acute mental health crises.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health disorders, effective coping mechanisms, and available community resources, enhancing their understanding and management of their conditions.

• Maintain accurate client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, tracking progress and outcomes through detailed documentation.

• Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines and relevant state regulations, ensuring the confidentiality and dignity of all clients are upheld.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
