Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs, establishing rapport to foster a trusting therapeutic relationship.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work as an LPC will focus on a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. We particularly value practitioners with experience working with trauma-informed care approaches or those who have specialized skills in certain therapeutic modalities.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) status in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of three years of professional experience in mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $95,000, commensurate with experience, alongside a potential sign-on bonus.
