Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, including standardized evaluation tools and clinical interviews to determine appropriate diagnoses and treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and supportive counseling.

• Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and other professionals to develop and coordinate comprehensive treatment strategies aimed at improving client outcomes.

• Document all client interactions, session notes, and progress in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in Electronic Health Records (EHRs).

• Contribute to the enhancement of therapeutic practices by providing feedback and new ideas during team meetings, aimed at optimizing client experiences and treatment efficacy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and valid state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time LPC position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience.
