As a Licensed Professional Counselor at our center, you will operate in a fully remote setting with opportunities for collaborative support from your colleagues. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and regular evaluations to determine and monitor client needs, ensuring they receive appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Facilitate open communication lines among supervisors, caretakers, family members, and other professionals involved in the client's care to promote holistic development.
\n
• Develop individualized treatment plans that include scheduling appointments, home visits, and progress tracking based on each client’s unique circumstances.

• Implement and supervise home visits to conduct in-home observations, assessments, and data collection to enhance client support.
\n
• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings to collaborate on client treatment strategies and share insights.
\n
• Prepare and submit detailed monthly and quarterly reports reflecting client progress and outcomes.
\n
• Coordinate and lead training sessions to ensure clinical staff and interdisciplinary team members are competent in program protocols and documentation practices.
\n
• Follow up with clients through continued outreach, home visits, and assessments to ensure they receive ongoing support tailored to their evolving needs.

• Maintain accurate and accessible documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facilitate communication among stakeholders.

• Act as a liaison between the community and the mental health sector to enhance understanding and access to mental health resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role involves working with a diverse demographic of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults. You will be responsible for providing therapy that addresses a broad range of issues, from trauma and anxiety to family dynamics and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted state licensing as a Professional Counselor (LPC).

• A minimum of 2 years of professional counseling experience in a clinical environment is essential.

• Proficiency in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse counseling is highly desired.

• In-depth understanding of legal and ethical standards in counseling practices.

Preferred Experience\n

Ideal candidates will have experience in using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software and similar technological applications for effective documentation and monitoring of client progress. Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on your qualifications and caseload experience.
