Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a designated caseload of clients by establishing meaningful rapport while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, discuss treatment plans, stability, and address any needs that arise prior to discharge.

• Design, implement, and monitor person-centered treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each client in compliance with organizational policies.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of new clients and formulate appropriate treatment strategies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. The compensation is structured through a fee-for-service model, allowing timely payment in advance of collections.
