Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain and manage a caseload of clients by establishing and nurturing rapport and positive therapeutic relationships.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess progress towards goals, stability, and need for adjustments in care, including discharge planning when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor tailored, person-centered treatment plans that reflect clients' unique needs and goals.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each client to ensure comprehensive care and compliance with regulations.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health history and needs.
\n
• Provide individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis to address clients' emotional and psychological challenges.

• Engage in regular individual supervision to support professional development and best practices in clinical care.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to formulate holistic approaches for client treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• A current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license.

• Proficiency in the use of computer systems, including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and specifically PIMSY software.

• Experience in delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families in a collaborative environment.

• Comfort and capability in conducting intake assessments efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Valley View Medical Clinic offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 95,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Our fee-for-service model ensures guaranteed rates paid ahead of collections, alleviating financial uncertainty associated with traditional reimbursement processes.
