Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct intake assessments to identify clients' treatment needs and establish therapeutic goals collaboratively.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that are sensitive to each client's unique context and experiences.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Engage in ongoing evaluations of client progress and adjust therapeutic interventions to enhance the likelihood of recovery.
\n
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, adhering to ethical guidelines and legal standards, using electronic medical records (EMR) systems effectively.

• Participate in regular supervision and team meetings to promote best practices and share insights among multidisciplinary teams.
\n
• Commit to continuous professional development through workshops and training sessions to stay up-to-date with advancements in mental health research and practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our diverse client population includes individuals facing a range of issues, such as depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, and substance use disorders. As a counselor at Greystone Counseling Center, you will work closely with each client to address their specific concerns, empowering them to achieve their personal goals and enhance their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.
\n
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in counseling is required, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic practices.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards related to mental health counseling.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.

• Experience collaborating effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

• Proficiency in using EMR software and other clinical technologies to manage patient information and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse is highly preferred.

• A proven track record of successful therapeutic interventions and client satisfaction in previous roles.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition, employees are offered a comprehensive benefits package, including:
