As a Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Current licensure in the state of Tennessee as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Independent licensure status permitting practice without supervision, with no history of disciplinary actions.

• Strong interpersonal skills, digital literacy, and a stable internet connection to facilitate seamless virtual counseling sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in telehealth counseling and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities will be beneficial.
