Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, utilizing de-escalation techniques and providing immediate support to stabilize patients.

• Educate patients and their families about various mental health conditions, available treatment modalities, and community resources to support recovery and well-being.

• Maintain thorough, confidential documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Tennessee.

• Comprehensive understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment approaches, and the integration of cultural competence in therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
