Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain precise and confidential client documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems as necessary.

• Participate in case conferences and team meetings to discuss client progress and treatment modifications, while also engaging in ongoing cultural competency training sessions.

• Stay current with relevant research, best practices, and cultural considerations in mental health, integrating that knowledge into therapy sessions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited educational institution.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Tennessee.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches, with a strong emphasis on cultural competence.

• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and group therapy in culturally responsive ways.
\n
• Proficient crisis intervention skills, with the ability to maintain composure in complex situations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the creation of trust-based relationships with clients.

• Comfort with EHR systems and related technology to ensure smooth documentation practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
