Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health needs and establish personalized treatment plans that address their unique challenges.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment strategies, promoting evidence-based approaches throughout the therapy process.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities suited for mental health recovery.

• Engage in collaborative care with team members through regular consultations and updates to ensure seamless integration of services for clients.

• Educate and guide clients' families, fostering an understanding that enhances the recovery process and encourages active involvement.

• Maintain compliance with regulatory and ethical standards while managing confidential client records efficiently.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve are individuals currently undergoing detoxification from substance use disorders and other mental health challenges. A significant focus will be placed on establishing rapport with these individuals, as they often require a sensitive approach to support them through vulnerable moments. Your expertise as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist will help them navigate these challenges and advocate for their mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
