Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while still being an integral part of our supportive team. Regular communication through video calls and collaborative online tools ensures that you will collaborate effectively with colleagues without the constraints of a traditional office environment. Our schedule is built around typical business hours, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with opportunities for flexibility to meet patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' unique situations and to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each individual, drawing upon best practices while respecting cultural backgrounds.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions focusing on specific mental health concerns, resilience building, and well-being enhancement.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide seamless care and support.

• Provide crisis intervention, offering immediate support to clients facing mental health emergencies.
\n
• Educate clients and families on mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources.
\n
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the integrity of client information.

• Actively participate in case conferences, team meetings, and ongoing cultural competency training to further enhance service delivery.

• Stay engaged with current research, trends, and best practices in mental health therapy to continuously improve the quality of care provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient population primarily consists of individuals from diverse backgrounds, including ethnic and cultural minorities, LGBTQ+ individuals, and immigrants. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid professional license in the state of Tennessee as an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW.
\n
• In-depth knowledge of various mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment methodologies.
\n
• Proven experience in delivering one-on-one and group therapy with an emphasis on cultural responsiveness.
\n
• Strong crisis intervention skills and the capability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients from different backgrounds.

• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and standard office software applications.
\n
• Commitment to professional ethical standards, boundaries, and patient confidentiality.

• A collaborative mindset, prepared to work within a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
