This position operates in a unique remote outpatient setting, blending the flexibility of telehealth with the tangible benefits of a collaborative practice. Our working hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with possible scheduling flexibility to meet the diverse needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments that consider each patient's unique background and experiences to create personalized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual patients, emphasizing their cultural contexts and personal stories.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, using a variety of therapeutic modalities to effectively address patients' mental health challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Tennessee.

• Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies, along with a commitment to cultural competence.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering individual and group therapy in a culturally responsive manner.

• Strong crisis intervention and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering strong relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant technology.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
