Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, formulate clinical diagnoses, and develop actionable and individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to provide individual, group, and family therapy tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and ongoing support to clients experiencing acute mental health challenges or emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and communicate effectively about client progress, treatment options, and resource allocation.

• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources, advocating for their rights and needs throughout the therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

• Valid mental health license as LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
