This position is fully remote, offering therapists the flexibility to work from home while utilizing telehealth technology to conduct sessions. Therapists will have the autonomy to choose their own hours within a Monday to Friday schedule, promoting a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients' mental health needs and status, leveraging clinical interviewing techniques and diagnostic tools.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients' goals, integrating evidence-based practices suitable for various mental health conditions.

• Provide individual therapy to adult clients, employing diverse therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches.

• Conduct teletherapy sessions, ensuring a comfortable and confidential environment for clients while utilizing secure technology platforms for virtual communication.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention services when necessary, demonstrating strong clinical decision-making skills in high-pressure situations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele primarily consists of adult individuals facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship problems, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated excellence in communication, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of managing caseloads effectively while maintaining high-quality therapy standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
