Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and emotional status, using standardized evaluation tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs and goals of each adolescent or young adult client.

• Provide a range of therapeutic interventions, including individual therapy sessions, family counseling, and group therapy workshops, aimed at fostering a supportive community among clients.

• Continuously monitor clients’ progress, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative methods to adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Deliver real-time crisis intervention and support whenever needed, ensuring clients feel safe and supported during challenging moments.

• Maintain accurate, confidential client records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other relevant legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure integrated and holistic care for every client.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, staying abreast of the latest research and methodologies in the field of mental health treatment.

• Participate in regular supervision sessions and training opportunities to enhance clinical skills and address emerging best practices.

• Adhere to ethical guidelines set forth by licensing boards and professional organizations throughout all aspects of practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on adolescents and young adults experiencing mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. By providing a safe space for these individuals, we aim to help them develop coping mechanisms, improve emotional regulation, and foster a sense of community among peers who share similar experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current professional license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related discipline.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with team members.

• A deep sense of empathy, kindness, and a non-judgmental approach towards clients of diverse backgrounds.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently in a remote work setting.

• No history of disciplinary actions; a commitment to maintaining professional integrity.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working within a telehealth framework or virtual therapy setting is preferred but not mandatory.

• Previous involvement in intensive outpatient treatment programs or similar high-acuity care settings is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our benefit package includes:
