Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adolescents and young adults, addressing a range of behavioral health issues pertinent to this demographic. Your expertise will assist clients coping with emotional difficulties, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and challenges with executive functioning. The role mandates an understanding of the unique developmental phases and societal pressures experienced by young clients, enabling you to formulate interventions that resonate with their experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon.

• Proven clinical skills with a focus on establishing rapport and trust with clients in a telehealth setting.

• Excellent organizational abilities, with a knack for managing documentation and maintaining compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between $100,000 and $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
