Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive mental health assessments, diagnoses, and therapeutic interventions tailored to adolescent and young adult clients.

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions through secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms.
\n
• Engage in case discussions with peers to share insights and techniques that enhance therapeutic approaches.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and outcomes.
\n
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in mental health care.

• Utilize evidence-based methodologies and tools specific to group therapy, including cognitive-behavioral approaches and motivational interviewing.

• Be available for evening and weekend sessions as required to accommodate client schedules, particularly for group sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapy services primarily focus on supporting adolescents and young adults facing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Our clinician-to-client ratio allows for in-depth engagement, ensuring each client feels valued and supported.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Active licensure as a mental health counselor, including but not limited to LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT.

• Flexibility to provide between 12 and 40 hours of client services weekly, adaptable to your individual employment arrangement (1099 or W2).

• Demonstrated ability to create rapport and effectively communicate with adolescent and young adult populations.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a telehealth setting is preferred, but not mandatory. Familiarity with virtual therapy platforms is beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n
