Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for clients, examining their emotional, behavioral, and psychological health to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on each client’s unique circumstances, needs, and established therapeutic goals.

• Deliver therapeutic services via a variety of modalities, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices like cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy.

• Establish and nurture strong therapeutic relationships with clients through active listening, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
