Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments and evaluations to understand clients' emotional, psychological, and behavioral well-being.

• Craft personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s diagnosis, goals, and therapeutic needs.

• Administer therapeutic interventions across modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused brief therapy to facilitate client progress.

• Establish and cultivate therapeutic alliances characterized by trust, openness, and empathy with clients of diverse backgrounds.

• Employ various therapeutic techniques to encourage clients in recognizing and altering detrimental thoughts and behaviors.
