Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patients’ needs, establishing comprehensive and personalized treatment strategies.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other relevant techniques to enhance patient outcomes.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups tailored to address prevalent mental health issues, fostering a sense of community for participants.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and allied health professionals to ensure holistic and integrated care for all patients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or equivalent (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n
