Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing mental health professionals to support patients from the comfort of their own homes. You will connect with individuals through our telehealth platform, facilitating secure and confidential therapy sessions. With a standard work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, there may be some flexibility required to accommodate the diverse needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand each patient’s background, experiences, and needs.

• Create tailored treatment plans by implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions that respect individual identities and cultures.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a richly diverse patient population, including individuals from ethnic and cultural minorities, LGBTQ+ communities, and immigrants. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required; advanced degrees (Master’s or Doctorate) are highly preferred.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Tennessee is mandatory.

• Deep knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches, along with demonstrated cultural competence in therapy practices.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy, showcasing an ability to incorporate culturally responsive and inclusive approaches.

• Strong crisis intervention skills, capable of remaining composed during challenging situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
