Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health to form a holistic understanding of their concerns, which will serve as the foundation for individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver tailored individual therapy sessions employing a range of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and other evidence-based practices.

• Offer teletherapy sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients who may face geographical or mobility challenges, thereby enhancing their engagement in the therapeutic process.

• Maintain meticulous documentation that meets ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring the confidentiality and trust of all clients.

• Participate in regular supervision and consultation meetings with fellow clinical staff, fostering professional development and adherence to best practices in therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse clientele experiencing a range of mental health issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in the state of Washington, including Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
