Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients' emotional, behavioral, and psychological well-being, facilitating the creation of informed treatment plans.

• Deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused techniques.

• Establish and maintain strong therapeutic relationships with clients through active listening, empathy, and non-judgmental support.

• Utilize various therapeutic techniques to help clients identify and modify harmful thought patterns and behaviors, empowering them to achieve personal growth.

• Record and track client progress meticulously, ensuring that all documentation complies with HIPAA standards and reflects the direction of therapeutic progress.

Qualifications\n

• Salary range from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, based on experience and caseload availability.
