Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health to identify concerns, formulate clinical diagnoses, and design individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, as well as group and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention to clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and stabilizing their situation.

• Maintain precise and confidential client records, including comprehensive treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, adhering to all ethical and legal standards in mental health documentation.

• Engage in collaborations with multidisciplinary teams comprising psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and support for clients' diverse needs.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment pathways, and available community resources, equipping them to advocate for their own mental health needs.

• Commit to professional growth by participating in ongoing training, workshops, and professional development activities aimed at enhancing therapeutic practices and effectiveness.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in the State of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting the experience and qualifications of the chosen candidate.
